Hello and welcome to our Online Technical Support page.
This is a closed system and only open to our customers who have arranged a remote control session with us in advance.
The minimum cost is £20 which is payable in advance and upon receipt of your payment we shall issue you with instructions on how to initiate the remote control session.
We undertake to assist you in the problems you are having on the understanding that we may not be able to rectify the problem. It is also possible that due to the nature of remote technical assistance the problem may be compounded. If the problem cannot be rectified remotely then the computer may have to be inspected and repaired at our premises.
Once the session is terminated we cannot log back into your system.
